The Sanguine, served at Bobo in New York, is a food-friendly cocktail with a mix of citrus, sweetness, bitterness and a little effervescence.

The bubbles in the drink come from sparkling rosé wine. The drink is also made with Campari, Solerno and fresh blood orange.

Naren Young, who heads up the drink program at Bobo, said, “"I wanted to do something with rosé that nobody was really doing with in cocktails.”

The Sanguine is part of Bobo’s spring cocktail menu. All cocktails on the spring menu are $13.
