Innovative “Ridged” Spaghetti Added to Full Line of Best-Selling Semolina Pastas  

Barilla Foodservice has introduced a new shape to their best-selling line of pastas. Spaghetti Rigati, or “ridged” spaghetti, is a semolina pasta shape adapted from its well-known cousin, with an enhanced ability to hold onto a sauce thanks to the delicate grooves that run from end to end on each strand.
