In a short film, Gramercy Tavern chef Michael Anthony gives a peek into the New York City restaurant’s working day.

Besides showing scenes from the kitchen and food preparation, the video also provides a look into Gramercy Tavern’s operations, and how the institution’s food and service philosophy reaches out in other ways besides the dishes served at the table. Gramercy Tavern is part of Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group.

The film was released as "The Gramercy Tavern Cookbook" is scheduled to come out Fall of 2013.
