The Counter burger chain has promoted Bryan Vicentini to the role of president and chief operating officer, the company said Tuesday.
Vicentini fills a position that was previously held by Ed Casey, who left the company in November 2010.
Previously vice president of operations, Vicentini has been with the Culver City, Calif.-based chain since 2010. Before joining the company, he was senior director of operations for RA Sushi, a concept owned by Benihana.
In his new role, Vicentini will continue managing day-to-day operations, overseeing all departments and team members, maintaining vendor relations, and working with franchisees and partners, the company said.
