KBP Foods, one of the largest Yum! Brands Inc. operators, said Tuesday that it has acquired 91 more KFC and Taco Bell locations in several states.

KBP acquired the locations from Star Partner Enterprises Two LLC. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The acquisition continues KBP’s expansion, giving the Overland Park, Kan.-based operator 361 locations in 14 states. The newly acquired restaurants are located in Michigan, New York, New Jersey, Maryland and Florida, expanding the company’s territory in the Midwest and in Florida, and extending its reach on the East Coast.
