Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc.’s long-awaited Tasty Made burger concept launched Thursday, in Lancaster, Ohio. The better-burger restaurant features the company’s familiar emphasis on quality ingredients and responsibly raised meats.
The launch comes just days after the Denver-based operator said it will conduct a strategic review of its secondary ShopHouse Southeast Asian Kitchen concept, a 15-unit chain with locations in Washington, D.C., Los Angeles and Chicago. The unit economics just didn’t work, the company said.
