SCOTTSDALE Ariz. P.F. Chang’s China Bistro Inc. said Kerrii B. Anderson, former chief executive and president of Wendy’s International Inc., had been added to its board, effective Oct. 22.

The company said Monday that Anderson offered “significant management experience in finance, accounting and executive leadership.” She will serve as a member of the company’s audit committee.

“Her wealth of experience, including her recent leadership role in the restaurant industry, will continue to enhance the strength of our board,” said Rick Federico, chairman and co-CEO of P.F. Chang’s, parent to the casual-dining bistro concept and the fast-casual Pei Wei Asian Diner.
