More than 500 foodservice professionals gathered in Denver early this month to celebrate the inaugural CREATE: The Future of Foodservice, a new event experience from Nation’s Restaurant News designed to help restaurant operators evolve their businesses for a changing world.

Some highlights from the event are shown, here including the winner of the inaugural CREATOR of the Year award, a panel with the 2021 Hot Concepts Award winners, a keynote from former Chipotle CEO Monty Moran, a keynote from Black Box Intelligence, dozens of Ask the Expert one-on-one sessions, and more.

The three-day event encompassed almost 50 sessions from industry-leading professionals, including restaurant CEOs, thought-leaders, experts and more who spoke on topics like diversity, labor, operations and leadership.
