Zoe’s Kitchen Inc. debuted a new prototype Tuesday in Raleigh, N.C., that will serve as a testing ground for new concept features.
The new restaurant, which is the Plano, Texas-based fast casual brand’s 247th unit, features an updated décor, an open kitchen and an enhanced beverage program.
Kevin Miles, Zoe’s CEO and president, said the new look is aimed at enhancing the brand’s Mediterranean design cues and also work at building dinner business.
