When True Food Kitchen was designing its new Las Vegas restaurant, which opened Feb. 12, private dining and private events were top of mind, according to CEO Christine Barone.

The Phoenix-based restaurant company added several areas for private bookings in the 11,000-square-foot space, Barone said, including the brand’s first True Bar that can be accommodate receptions with up to 94 guests as well as several other private dining rooms such as the 730-square-foot Garden of Eden and the 389-square-foot Greenhouse and a Terrace.

“You have all sorts of conventions that are coming to town with different food needs,” Barone said. “As we thought about laying out the restaurant, we thought about fitting into those needs.
