PHILADELPHIA Contract foodservice provider Aramark Corp. said it has established a separate division to manage the foodservice and facilities of museums, zoos, aquariums and science centers across the country.
The new division, Aramark Cultural Attractions, will handle operations at approximately 20 accounts, which previously were managed by the company’s Sports & Entertainment division.
The new division was created in order to “further enhance the guest experience while continuing to fuel our growth in the marketplace," said Jack O’Brien, president of Aramark’s Convention Center and Cultural Attractions business.
David Sloma, vice president of operations, will lead the new division, reporting to O’Brien.
