ATLANTA Arby's is featuring a new chicken item that patrons garnish themselves and eat with a fork.

The new Popcorn Chicken Shaker consists of bite-sized pieces of breaded, fried chicken served in a cup with a domed lid. Patrons remove the lid, add either a Buffalo or barbecue sauce, close the lid, and shake the container to distribute the sauce. Each serving comes with a fork.

The item is made with Arby's Chicken Naturals additives-free brand of chicken.

The Shakers are available in regular and large sizes. Scheduled to be available July 2 through Aug. 18, the new item is being introduced with a supporting advertising campaign featuring NASCAR driver Matt Kenseth.

Prices were not disclosed by posting time.
