BLT Steak to debut in DallasBLT Steak to debut in Dallas

DALLAS Chef Laurent Tourondel and his BLT Restaurants will officially open the fourth BLT Steak, in North Dallas on Nov. 30.

The Dallas outpost joins the original BLT Steak in New York City as well as units in Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico. Tourondel said other planned locations include: Atlanta; Los Angeles; Miami; Scottsdale, Ariz.; and White Plains, N.Y.

T.J. Lengnick will serve as chef de cuisine in the Dallas location of BLT Steak.

Tourondel’s BLT Restaurants portfolio also includes BLT Fish, BLT Burger, BLT Prime, BLT Market and BLT Fish Shack. While most of the restaurants are located in New York, Tourondel continues to expand into other cities. The second BLT Burger is scheduled to open in The Mirage in Las Vegas in next spring.
