NASHVILLE Tenn. The O'Charley's casual-dining chain is rolling out a new limited-time menu of dishes described as "wild."

The Wild Kitchen selections include Cedar-Planked Tilapia, Pretzel Crunch Chicken, Wild Country-Fried Chicken, Whiskey Grilled Ribeye, Asian Steak Salad, Cajun Jambalaya Pasta, a Pretzel Crunch Chicken Appetizer and Banana Split Pie.

The limited-time offer "gives us an opportunity to test new things as well as a chance for our guests to experience some of the more current culinary trends, " said Melissa Thompson, spokesperson for parent company O'Charley's Inc.

Along with the program, the company announced it will donate to Second Harvest Food Bank a serving of chicken for every Pretzel Crunch Chicken entrée sold through August 20.

O'Charley's is the flagship brand of O'Charley's Inc., which operates or franchises a total of 363 restaurants, including units of the Ninety Nine Restaurants and Stoney River Legendary Steaks chains.
