LOUISVILLE Ky. Customers at all 18 Penn Station East Coast Subs in Louisville, Ky., can now order Hot-Grilled-to-Order Wraps.

The units have offered the chain's 14 hot-grilled subs in a wrap version since the beginning of the month. The wraps are available at a suggested price of $4.49. During September, the locations are offering the Philly Cheesesteak Wrap with fries and a drink for $5.99.

Penn Station currently uses a mild jalapeno cheese tortilla, but is considering other types, such as a sun-dried tomato version.

“We experimented with different wraps in our test kitchen for a long time before we got the taste profile we wanted,” said Penn Station president Craig Dunaway. “We're not big on new menu additions, so when we do, we make sure it meets our taste and quality standards.”

Penn Station East Coast Subs is based in Cincinnati and has more than 175 locations in 12 states.
