CHICAGO Jim Skinner, vice chairman and chief executive of McDonald’s Corp., has been chosen as the keynote speaker for the 2008 National Restaurant Association Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show.
The show will take place at McCormick Place in Chicago May 17-20. Skinner will speak on Sunday, May 18, at 2 p.m.
Skinner was named to his current post in November 2004 after having served in a number of leadership positions for the Oak Brook, Ill.-based chain.
