Lee’s Famous Recipe Chicken shares a 50th anniversary founding year with Nation’s Restaurant News, and, like our publication, the brand has evolved with technology.
The 135-unit limited-service restaurant brand, launched in Lima, Ohio, in 1966, has seen such innovations as sophisticated point-of- sale systems, credit cards, digital signage, online training and energy-efficient equipment bring new tools to the heritage art of fried chicken.
