ATLANTA Chicken specialty chain operator Chick-fil-A Inc. has renewed its 20-plus-year relationship with point-of-sale-system vendor and service provider ParTech Inc., the technology company said.

"We are pleased to continue our long partnership with ParTech"," said John Bridges, Chick-fil-A chief information officer. "Par's restaurant technology, lifecycle support capabilities and experience supporting large restaurant organizations like Chick-fil-A were all important factors in our decision. We are excited about the direction of Par's next-generation Par POS system."
