Coca-Cola partners with CustomerX.i to deliver foodservice intelligence solution

As its foodservice customers’ total business partner, The Coca-Cola Company has engaged a new strategic partner to support their success. CustomerX.i is a customer intelligence platform that analyzes outlets’ POS and loyalty data, delivering actionable insights to enhance guest loyalty and profitability.

By overlaying customers’ data with industry- and market-level trends, CustomerX.i and Coca-Cola make business recommendations to restaurants to increase guest visits and transactions. Early applications are new LTOs, menu optimization, personalized marketing and retargeting. Additionally, CustomerX.i and Coca-Cola measure the success of those efforts and continue optimizing recommendations.
