ST. LOUIS Hardee’s is offering a smoked sausage breakfast sandwich and two fish items for a limited time.

The Smoked Sausage Biscuit is made with a split smoked sausage link served inside a buttermilk biscuit. The sandwich will be sold at participating restaurants for $1.99 or $3.49 when ordered in a combo meal with hash rounds and a drink.

Hardee’s units in certain Midwestern markets also will offer the smoked sausage sandwich with a folded egg and cheese for $2.49 or for $3.99 in a combo.

For the Lenten season, Hardee’s is bringing back the Fish Supreme Sandwich, $2.99, and the Fish ‘N’ Chips Basket, $4.99. The sandwich features a crispy beer-battered cod fillet, American cheese, lettuce and tartar sauce served on a toasted, buttered honey-wheat roll. The basket meal includes two cod fillets, tartar sauce and fries.

The 1,915-unit Hardee’s chain is a subsidiary of CKE Restaurants Inc., which also owns and franchises the 1,121-unit Carl’s Jr. concept.
