People come to Chicago for the annual extravaganza that is the NRA Show to network; to seek out new products, equipment and technology; and to spot the latest food and beverage trends.

Judging from this year’s entries for the NRA’s FABI Awards for food and beverage, which are only granted to exhibitors, here are some of the trends you can expect to see at the show.
