At Mindy’s Hot Chocolate, a restaurant and dessert bar in Chicago, chef Mindy Segal, features several variations on the namesake hot chocolate. Each variation is priced at $6.

Besides a white, dark or milk chocolate flavor, guests also can order several other blends, such as Medium Hot Chocolate, made with milk chocolate and a little bit of dark chocolate and caramel. Another variation, the Black and Tan, is made with one-third hot fudge and two-thirds of the Medium Hot Chocolate.

In addition, the menu features such coffee drinks as the Half and Half, made with one-half espresso and one-half dark hot chocolate and the Affogato, which serves up a scoop of coffee and cocoa nib ice cream with a mix of two-thirds Medium Hot Chocolate and one-third dark hot chocolate.

The hot chocolates are served with house-made marshmallows. Guests also can order any hot chocolate over ice. For an additional $8, guests also have the option to add a shot of vanilla liqueur.
