Applebee’s is offering an extra incentive for those who order digitally for Super Bowl LIX on Feb. 9 – 20 free Boneless Wings with any $40 online purchase.

The free wings are available for customers who order $40 worth of menu items on Feb. 9 through Applebees.com or on the chain’s mobile app using the promotional code SBWINGS25. Applebee’s Boneless Wings — voted America’s favorite in a nationwide double-blind taste test — are crispy breaded pieces of boneless chicken tossed in guests’ choice of sauce, including Classic Buffalo, Honey BBQ, Sweet Asian Chile, Garlic Parmesan, Extra Hot Buffalo, and Honey Pepper. They are served with the choice of Bleu cheese or house-made buttermilk ranch dressing.

According to the National Chicken Council's 2024 Wing Report, Americans consumed about 1.45 billion wings while watching the 2024 Super Bowl.

“There’s no better way to enjoy Super Bowl LIX than with 20 free Boneless Wings,” executive director of off-premise Vicki Hormann said in a statement. “The MVP of Super Bowl snacks, Applebee’s Boneless Wings will take any watch party to the next level. Plus, with this one-day-only online offer, guests can save time and money by ordering on our website and mobile app.”

Customers will also have the chance to win six free Boneless Wings on Feb. 10, if a Pick Six occurs during Super Bowl LIX as part of Applebee’s ongoing Pick 6 promotion with the NFL, first launched in October. A pick six is when the defense intercepts a pass from the offense and runs it back for a touchdown.

Applebee’s signed a multi-year partnership with the NFL in April to be the league’s “Official Grill + Bar.” As part of the agreement, Applebee’s has had a brand presence across the NFL calendar all season, including national broadcast television and online media. The Super Bowl will feature the Kansas City Chiefs versus the Philadelphia Eagles.
