Bloomin’ Brands on Monday announced the appointment of Suzann Trevisan to senior vice president, chief human resources officer.

In the role, Trevisan will lead the company’s human resources team.

“Suzann’s depth is grounded in talent management, total rewards and diversity, the foundation of every great human resource practice,” said Bloomin’ Brands CEO David Deno. “I look forward to working with her to build upon our existing strong culture of excellence and to support our long-term growth plan.”

Trevisan joins Bloomin’ Brands from Owens Corning, where she held the title of vice president of human resources, composites. There, she was responsible for human resources strategy, organization optimization, transformation and effectiveness, and enterprise leadership.

She has worked in human resources for 27 years, including in leadership roles at Valassis and Borders.

Tampa, Fla.-based Bloomin’ Brands encompasses more than 1,450 restaurants under four brands: Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba’s Italian Grill, Bonefish Grill and Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar.
