CALABASAS HILLS Calif. As part of its 30th anniversary celebrations this year, The Cheesecake Factory restaurants on July 30 -- National Cheesecake Day -- will feature any variety of its more than 30 cheesecakes for $1.50 per slice, the same price as when the first restaurant opened in 1978.
In addition, the 143 restaurants across the country will debut a limited-edition 30th Anniversary Chocolate Cake Cheesecake on July 30. Cheesecake Factory officials said that 25 cents from the sale of each slice will benefit the America’s Second Harvest, a national hunger-relief organization.
More anniversary events will be announced later in the year, the company said.
