Chili’s Grill & Bar has introduced a new limited-time chicken sandwich and is offering it as a “3 for $10” menu option for loyalty program members through the end of June, the company said Tuesday.

The casual-dining division of Dallas-based Brinker International Inc. has tested the “secret sauce” on the new chicken sandwich for more than a year, according to Michael Breed, Chili’s chief marketing officer.

“That secret sauce is one of the things that really, really sets it apart and makes it a nice new offering for Chili's,” Breed said in an interview Tuesday. “It's kind of like honey-roasted and a little smoky but it’s also tangy and sweet with a kind of barbecue sauce feel.”
