Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. announced on Monday the retirement of chief financial officer Jill Golder, who is expected to leave the company at the end of 2020. She will be replaced by Doug Couvillion, senior vice president of the company’s sourcing and supply chain, who will serve as interim chief financial officer.

"Cracker Barrel is an outstanding company with a talented leadership team, and I am proud of our accomplishments, particularly over the last nine months,” Golder said in a statement. “I am looking forward to seeing the company succeed through the pandemic and beyond."

Couvillion has served in multiple positions during his 20-year career with Cracker Barrel, including corporate controller and principal accounting officer. He has been a senior vice president since 2016.

"Jill has contributed significantly to the success of Cracker Barrel over the last five years and has been instrumental in helping us navigate through the pandemic as successfully as we have,” Cracker Barrel CEO Sandra Cochran said in a statement. “The board and I are grateful for Jill's efforts and accomplishments, and we wish her the best in this next chapter."
