Newly private Fogo de Chão Inc. pays homage to its Brazilian roots in its newest restaurant that opened in March, just below its new corporate headquarters in the mixed-use Legacy West development in Plano, Texas.

The company went private in April when New York City-based Rhône Capital acquired the company in a cash deal valued at $560 million.

The new 13,600-square-foot restaurant opened soon before that deal closed and features the chain’s only “Dry-Aged Experience,” where on Friday and Saturday nights guests can treat order premium cuts aged in-house for a minimum of 45 days.

The restaurant, designed by the Perkins Will firm’s Dallas office, also features the Bar Fogo menu, a more casual setting with a la carte offerings.

This gallery features some of the design highlights from the newest restaurant.
