ATLANTA Hooters, a casual chain known for its chicken wings, has rolled out a seafood menu for the Lenten season.

The new Spectacular Seafood Menu includes Firecracker Shrimp, which are fried popcorn shrimp tossed with fried jalapenos and served with a Thai dipping sauce; the Rich Boy Sandwich, a hoagie loaded with fried popcorn shrimp and clam strips and topped with chipotle sauce; Baja Tacos, made with fried cod wrapped in corn tortillas; and Budweiser Crab Dip, made with cheese and beer and served with nacho chips.

The seafood menu will be available through April 2.

Hooters of America Inc., based here, franchises and operates over 430 Hooters restaurants in the United States and abroad.
