DALLAS Romano’s Macaroni Grill introduced Monday three new Mediterranean Grill entrées.

Grilled on fragrant rosemary skewers called “spiedini,” the new entrées feature grilled chicken for $9.99, prime beef for $10.99 or jumbo shrimp for $12.99.

The skewers are seasoned with extra virgin olive oil, fresh lemon, cracked black pepper and a dash of sea salt, then served with such roasted vegetables as zucchini, red and yellow peppers, eggplant, red onions and gold potatoes.

In December Brinker International Inc. sold an 80.1-percent interest in the 220-unit Romano’s Macaroni Grill to Mac Acquisition LLC, an affiliate of Golden Gate Capital of San Francisco.
