COLUMBUS Ohio The Max & Erma's casual-dining chain is introducing several international items to its traditional American menu for the summer months.

The new items and what Max & Erma’s describes as their country of origin include Calamari from Italy, $8.99; Chicken Tikka Salad from India, $9.49; Paella from Spain, $12.59; Lemon Chicken Provencale from France, $12.99; Double Doughnut Delight, a dessert, from Denmark, $4.99; and Mojitos from Cuba.
