The newly tapped CEO of SPB Hospitality, Jim Mazany, said the company’s brands, including Logan’s Roadhouse, are outperforming the casual-dining sector as indoor dining, at limited capacities, has resumed at most of the company's 10 banners.
Specifically, the 138-unit Logan’s brand is experiencing only single digit same-store sales declines. By comparison, most publicly traded casual dining chains have reported double digit declines in comp sales even as dining rooms reopen at limited capacity.
“We're very happy with [our] progress,” said Mazany, who was named CEO last week of the multi-unit company formerly known as Craftworks Holdings.
