Following an industry trend, SPB Hospitality said the pandemic has given the company a chance to rethink the size of their menus offerings
SPB Hospitality, the new owner of 10 restaurant brands formerly operated by Craftworks Holdings, is trimming the menus of each restaurant — most of which have reopened for dine-in service.
“The pandemic gave us a chance to trim our menus and really find the things that people want to eat and buy,” Marc Buehler, CEO of SPB Hospitality, told Nation’s Restaurant News.
The multi-brand operator is not alone. Many brands, especially quick-service chains, have cut skews to streamline operations amid the pandemic.
