P.F. Chang’s China Bistro Inc. is turning 30 and to celebrate its birthday, the brand is creating an all-new nationwide happy hour menu as well as offers and rewards for loyalty members, the company said this week.

The Scottsdale, Ariz.-based casual-dining brand introduced happy hour Monday through Friday, 3-6 p.m. at most U.S. locations. The all-new “Lucky 8 Happy Hour” features signature P.F. Chang’s items that included crispy green beans, tempura calamari, crab wontons, dumplings and a selection of four cocktails. All are priced at $8 each.

P.F. Chang’s first opened on July 20, 1993, in an Arizona collaboration between chef Philip Chiang and restaurateur Paul Fleming.

"For 30 years, P.F. Chang’s has been the destination for guests across generations, celebrating any occasion, big or small,” said Damola Adamolekun, P.F. Chang’s CEO, in a statement. “Celebrating this milestone wouldn’t be possible without our amazing team and the guests who’ve loved and supported us along the way. We’re excited to launch our unique Lucky 8 Happy Hour and offer exclusive giveaways as a thank you for all the moments that have been shared at our table over the years.”

To continue the birthday celebration, P.F. Chang’s is offering an in-restaurant giveaway (July 20-21) and double points for P.F. Chang's Gold and Platinum Rewards members through July 23.

P.F. Chang’s has more than 300 restaurants in more than 20 countries and U.S. airport locations, including a growing number of P.F. Chang’s To Go locations that offer takeout and delivery.
