GREENWOOD VILLAGE Colo. Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, the 380-unit casual-dining chain, said it will roll out additional burgers and an appetizer as limited-time offers on its spring menu.

The new items are scheduled to be featured from Feb. 12 through March 30. They include Steak Sliders, a skewer of three small burgers or “sliders” topped with Swiss cheese, fried onion straws and sweet pepper mayonnaise and served with onion rings and a side of coleslaw; and a Sicilian Burger, a burger topped with pepperoni slices, provolone cheese and balsamic-marinated tomatoes. The burger is garnished with red onions, romaine lettuce, and olive-herb mayonnaise and served on an herbed focaccia bun.

The appetizer is a creamy artichoke and spinach dip, a creamy, cheesy blend of artichoke hearts, spinach, Parmesan and a hint of bacon. It is served with house bread, tortilla chips and celery for dipping.
