ORLANDO Fla. Barbecue chain Smokey Bones Barbeque is offering an All-You-Can-Eat Baby Back Ribs special for a limited time. The rib deal, which sells for $16.99 in most markets, comes with bread and a choice of two side dishes. The ribs are hand-rubbed with a blend of seasonings, slow-smoked over aged hickory for up to four hours and covered with a tangy sauce before final grilling. The promotion runs through May 11 for in-restaurant dining only.

The 73-unit Smokey Bones chain is owned by Barbecue Integrated Inc., a holding of private-equity firm Sun Capital Partners Inc. Sun Capital purchased the chain in February from Darden Restaurants Inc. for $80 million.
