Texas Roadhouse Inc. has named Regina Tobin as chief learning and culture officer, the company said in federal filings Tuesday.

The Louisville, Ky.-based restaurant company, which owns the casual-dining Texas Roadhouse and Bubba’s 33 brands as well as the fast-casual Jagger’s, also said Jerry Morgan, who was named CEO in March after the death of company CEO and founder Kent Taylor, would be added as a sixth member to the board.

“In this new role, Ms. Tobin will be responsible for all training, people development and culture, which includes diversity and inclusion and the company’s leadership development program,” Texas Roadhouse said in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.

Texas Roadhouse’s board also designated Hernan Mujica, 59, the company’s chief information officer since 2012, as an executive officer. Mujica is responsible for all technology support and initiatives, including restaurant systems, cybersecurity, digital, infrastructure and e-commerce. Prior to joining Texas Roadhouse, Mujica held senior management positions at The Home Depot and Arthur Andersen.
