XO Steakhouse in Providence, R.I., reveals all—OK, almost all—in a new campaign to mark its 10th anniversary. Similar to a campaign it ran a few years ago, this one uses actual employees, such as executive chef Ben Lloyd. Two separate ads feature bartender Shannon Gormley and server John Tarrats, also posing in the near buff. The campaign includes billboards and print ads in the April, May and June issues of Rhode Island Monthly.
