With restaurants of all types striving to create a unique experience, snacking on street food instantly creates one. The wildly diverse and exciting tactile experiences street food can deliver takes many paths: That first succulent bite of a Bangkok pork skewer rendered over fire, or burning your fingers on a Mexico City tortilla right off the comal, or tipping a paper cone overflowing with Indian flavor into your mouth, all happening on the street. Eating with your hands is part of the appeal, as are strong flavors and a sense of fun, all of which happen to go great with cocktails.
