Krispy Kreme Doughnuts Inc. has seen boom-and-bust cycles first hand, and chief executive Jim Morgan and new president Ken May definitively say those days are behind the iconic doughnut chain.
Looking to improve beverage and menu offerings, begin positive growth again in the United States and stabilize rocky sales trends abroad, the chain has a busy 2012 ahead of it.
Morgan and May sat down with Nation’s Restaurant News at last month’s ICR XChange conference to talk about the past, present and future for Krispy Kreme.
