Biscuitville Fresh Southern has promoted and expanded the roles of two executives, the company said Wednesday.

“Having the right leaders in place to develop the best tools, projects, and infrastructure means Biscuitville will continue to be able to grow and create an experience that delights our guests,” said Kathie Niven, Biscuitville president and CEO, in a statement.

For McCurley, who joined Biscuitville in 2019 as vice president of culinary operations, the new title reflects an expanded connection with Biscuitville’s operations teams that align culinary innovations with training, restaurant operating strategy, and specialized requirements related to opening new locations.

Biscuitville-Jeff-Archer.jpgArcher’s focus on Biscuitville’s project management program is designed to create a structure for large projects and to streamline processes and minimize potential issues, the company said. He joined Biscuitville in 2022 as CIO and continues to oversee the information technology team that designs and delivers technology solutions for the Biscuitville organization.
