Snooze an A.M. Eatery has upgraded its MySnooze Bennyfits loyalty program, adding new rewards for customers to redeem their points, or jacks, toward side dishes and a mocktail party, as well as new yearly perks for reaching a new tier.

The Denver, Colo.-based brand said customers, when they enroll in the loyalty program, will also receive $5 off their next visit in addition to priority seating to skip the wait. Snooze introduced the loyalty program in April 2022.

Snooze-Andrew-Jaffe-CMO.jpg“Since rolling out the program last year, we’ve been listening to our guests’ feedback, noting what resonates most strongly with them and how we can make the program even better,” said Andrew Jaffe, Snooze’s chief marketing officer, in a statement. “We’re excited to incorporate that feedback and offer even more compelling new perks and experiences.”

The company said the priority seating perk allows a guest to book their next visit ahead of time via the Snooze smartphone app and receive the next table available that fits their party size after arriving at the restaurant, instead of having to join the waitlist. Guests now also receive multiple priority seatings when reaching the program’s Silver or Gold tier alongside a discount like $5 off or a free entrée.

The MySnooze Bennyfits will continue to issue “jacks” — Snooze’s “currency” — that they can use for various perks like an extra pancake or priority seating with their next visit. As guests accumulate jacks, they will receive rewards by reaching new tiers and unlock new rewards and benefits to spend their jacks towards, the company said.
