The month of October saw even more movement in the restaurant industry’s C-suite, as recruitment showed no signs of slowing down after a very busy summer.

Big chains are making big changes: Domino’s saw the departure of an EVP, and in addition to shuffling around to account for that, also promoted its top marketing executives. Red Lobster named two more people to its C-suite in the chief financial and chief marketing officer roles as it continued to lay out a path forward following bankruptcy.

Over at Starbucks, new CEO Brian Niccol made his first big poach from his former employer, Chipotle, bringing in a chief brand officer. And Jack in the Box also made two big changes to its C-suite.

Meanwhile, smaller chains are putting chief executives in place. CEOs were named at Clean Eatz, Bluestone Lane, Togo’s Sandwiches, Golden Krust, and Beans & Brews Coffeehouse.
