Domino’s shareholders are not happy with the pizza chain. A class action lawsuit has been filed against Domino’s Pizza on behalf of shareholders who claim that the company misrepresented its long-term growth guidance. 

Drive-thru AI supplier Presto is for sale. After a tumultuous year, the company defaulted on its loan to Metropolitan Partners, allowing the lender to take control of the company. But in a show of confidence in Presto, Metropolitan is making an investment that will fund the company for three months as it looks for a buyer.
