Boston Market has named former chief administrative officer and general counsel Randy Miller as the company’s new president just weeks after the struggling Golden, Colo.-based brand was sold by Sun Capital Partners, Inc. to Engage Brands, LLC, one of the Rohan Group of Companies owned by real estate investor and restaurant operator Jignesh Pandya. Boston Market’s former CEO, Eric Wyatt — who was named to the chief executive position in February after Frances Allen stepped down — will be transitioning back to his former position of chief operations officer. This is the company’s fourth chief executive change in two years.
