Inspire Brands’ Jimmy John’s restaurant chain announced this week that the company is looking to hire up to 10,000 employees in its largest hiring event ever, which started on Tuesday and will continue through Thursday from 2-5 p.m. With much of the restaurant industry reeling from a labor crisis, Jimmy John’s is exploring new techniques to attract potential employees, including recruitment on TikTok and offering referral incentives, as well as signing and retention bonuses 30 days after an employee’s hire date.
