Success Foods Management Group LLC, parent to the Torchy’s Tacos chain, has named two executives to the newly created positions of chief financial officer and chief operations officer, the company said Wednesday.

Torchy_s_RYAN-MOORE-0419_0.gifRyan Moore, left, was hired as CFO at the Austin, Texas-based fast-casual chain, and Joel Ross was appointed COO.

“I am excited that both Ryan and Joel are joining the team, and looking forward to having their ideal combination of skills, knowledge and experience in place as we execute our strategy for long-term growth.” said G.J. Hart, Torchy’s Tacos CEO, in a statement.

Moore most recently served as vice president of finance for Irvine, Calif.-based Taco Bell, where he led a variety of financial planning and analysis functions.

Torchy_s_Joel_Ross_0.gifRoss, left, most recently served as president of Fishers, Ind.-based Ultra Steak Inc., where he was oversaw management and operations of franchised Texas Roadhouse and Little Caesars locations in multiple states. Prior to Ultra Steak, he spent more 15 years in operations at Louisville, Ky.-based Texas Roadhouse Inc.

Torchy’s Tacos has more than 50 restaurants in Colorado, Oklahoma and Texas.
