Veggie Grill made its New York City debut last month with an updated version of its plant-based concept designed to serve the unique needs of the Big Apple.
The 2,000-square-foot store in Manhattan’s Flatiron District employs a mix of smart kiosk technology and high-touch service to elevate both the in-store and off-premise experience — all at a pace that can keep up with the city’s rapid-fire lunch hours.
"It's our first New York City location, so we built it for much higher throughput, and we have a dual kitchen infrastructure that allows us to support both delivery and high-volume in-store traffic," said Veggie Grill co-founder T.K. Pillan. "New York City is different than most other markets, so we built it accordingly."
