Last month, CAVA launched a search for a new LTO, turning to its fans. On Monday, the fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant chain announced the winners of the contest.

The three winning bowls created by guests will be available on the Washington D.C.-based chain’s digital menu through June 2.

The winning dishes are:

  • Jonathan’s custom bowl: Half braised lamb, half grilled chicken with Crazy Feta, two scoops tzatziki, pickled onions, tomato and onion, cucumber, tomato and cucumber, kalamata olives, romaine, spinach, and yogurt dill dressing

  • Chloe’s custom bowl: Half falafel, half chicken, along with tzatziki, hummus, roasted eggplant, pickled onions, cabbage slaw, crumbled feta, pita crisps, romaine, Splendid Greens, saffron basmati rice, and yogurt dill dressing.\

  • Nat’s custom bowl: Half grilled chicken, half roasted veggies, in addition to tzatziki, hummus, fiery broccoli, fire-roasted corn, two scoops pickled onions, tomato and cucumber, cabbage slaw, crumbled feta, Super Greens, and yogurt dill dressing

While the chain didn’t list the winners’ social-media handles, it did give the location of each one. Both Nat attends college in Chattanooga, Tenn., Jonathan graduated from Chapman University last year, and Chloe lives in Los Angeles.

The purpose of the contest was for CAVA guests and fans to create bowls that could showcase the “17 billion possible combinations” at the chain, said Andy Rebhun, chief experience officer at CAVA, at the time.
