There’s been a surge of interest in Korean cuisine, from kimchi to gochujang. Add bulgogi to the mix: a meaty dish consisting of marinated beef or pork that is grilled or pan-fried, often with garlic, onions and green peppers.
Bulgogi is in the Inception stage. It’s considered a premium dish that can be found at mostly ethnic restaurants and in some trend-forward, chef-driven, casual concepts.
